We hate to say it, but, fall is right round the corner and this means it’s time to start registering for fall group training sessions!

Class options:

  • Seven different group swims each week including pure technique, CSS development, and endurance red mist sessions
  • One evening track session which you can combine with a swim to be a Thursday night swim/run brick
  • Two weekday Computrainer sessions and a new Sunday morning endurance class
