With the turning of the leaves and the start line of this past race season becoming more distant, it is time to shift our focus.

Along with mental recovery focus on the following:

  • Short intense workouts
  • Functional movement
  • Strength Training
  • Swimming
  • Becoming a technically proficient athlete

But remember to sit back and enjoy the past race season. The successes and challenges faced during race season only make us stronger athletes going forward. They give us a platform to build on.
