Although we have had mild weather lately and people have started riding outside, there is no better way to boost your cycling fitness than with a killer indoor trainer ride like this one. You simply can’t match the same effort outside that you can on your trainer in a controlled environment like a computrainer studio or your basement.LYNX indoor cycling groups did the following ride this week in the Doctrine computrainer studios. If executed properly, it is one of the harder trainer rides you will encounter. In addition to really challenging you physically and mentally, another benefit is that it is repeatable.
